For the past few seasons, the Los Angeles Lakers have played on Christmas Day meaning their superstar Kobe Bryant would be unveiling a new X-mas styled sneaker. In December 2011, Kobe brought out the "Cheetah" Kobe 7's in the purple/red-green colorway. The year before saw the "Grinch" version of the Zoom Kobe 6 which many sneaker enthusiasts were impressed with. Now Eric Avar and his Nike Basketball team outfit The Black Mamba's eighth signature sneaker in Grinch form and here we get our first look at the design. It features a tonal green upper with a bit of a camo print and black swoosh. The addition of the red laces has become a staple design for Christmas styled footwear and it also makes an appearance.
