The sneaker community is vastly approaching a strong release schedule as we near the holiday season. Most sneakerheads will be preparing for Air Jordan and Nike Basketball releases to close out the year and get things started once again in 2013. It's been rumored that a new Air Yeezy 2 colorway is on the horizon and we've even gotten a look at potential sample versions of the popular sneaker. No word on whether or not we'll be blessed with another Kanye x Nike collaboration but we highlight the Pure Platinum colorway in this edition of Sneakerhead Sneaker Watch.
Speaking of upcoming Air Jordan releases, the sneaker community has been on point with Jordan Brand footwear over the past few days. Kicks such as "Olympic" 7's, "Varsity Red" 6's, White/Navy 1's, and "Cherrywood" 16's were all on display. You guys showed out for Penny Hardaway footwear as well with "Metallic Red", "Electric Blue", and HoH Foamposites on display as well as black/red Penny 2's. The Pure Platinum Yeezy 2's counterpart in the Solar Red Yeezys are also on display, capping off another great week of kicks.
