NBA Sneaker Recap 12/13-12/16

Athletes from all sports, especially the NBA, have felt the affects of the tragic school shooting that took place in Connecticut this past Friday. The league held moments of silence before their scheduled games and before the Heat's game versus the Washington Wizards, children of the athletes joined their parents on the court for a quick moment of silence. Some paid tribute by inscribing their remembrance on their footwear as we get a look at the kicks worn around the league from the past few days.
Monta Ellis gets things started as he continued his Air Jordan dominance by rocking the 19's against the Kings. The previous Heat/Warriors game saw a number of hot kicks as LeBron wore his PE X's while teammates Jarret Jack and Draymond Green went with the "Scoring Title" KD IV's and "Sprite" Penny 2's respectively. Kobe Bryant and the Lakers may have taken a loss to the Knicks on Thursday night but Kobe unveiled his black/yellow Kobe 8's for the first time while Carmelo Anthony balled out in his Melo M8 signature.
