The Fire Red/Black-Cement Grey Air Jordan 4 is the next model of MJ's fourth silhouette on the release calendar but shortly after the new "Green Glow" makeup will make its debut. This new colorway of the classic silhouette consists of a glow-in-the-dark look, but does not glow-in-the-dark (ironic?).

Kanye West was spotted in back-to-back days wearing a fresh set of kicks. With all the recent hype on his signature Yeezy 2 shoe, Ye dug in the stash to bring the "Solar Red" model out while out in Italy. As a follow up, he gave his "White Infrared" Jordan 6's a walk through the city.

Happy Friday y'all! We are back today with our #SneakerOfTheDay lineup for you on this great beginning of the long weekend. A good day that had the weather going nuts on our side of things, the selection brought out by you made this day go by a little smoother. Since most of us want to get out of work/school already, we won't take too much of your time and we will get right into your footwear for the day.

The Nike basketball team pretty much held things down as more than a few of LeBron's signatures were worn. Some include the "Freegums" and "South Beach" 9's, "Christmas" and "Home" X's as well as the "Christmas" 8. KD's sigs were represented solely by the "Area 72" KD 5. The Penny line held it down with multiple pairs of Foamposites as well as the "Sprite" Penny 1 as well as the "Cloak" Penny 5. The "Area 72" Air Force Max also made an appearance as did the black/red Hyperposite.

The Jumpman's brand held their own as well with sightings of the "Cement" and "White Cement" 3's, "Bred" and "Tan" 4, "Quai 54" and "Grape" 5 in one sweet pic as well as the "Suns" 8, "Bred" and "Concord" 11 as well as the "Cherry" 13. A pair of Knicks colored ones closed off their section in style.

The running/lifestyle and skateboarding sections did their thing with less numbers. The gorgeous "Milan" Air Max 1, the Saucony X Bodega G9 Shadow as well as a pair of o.g Air Epic were brought out. Some flyknits got someone around in style and comfort while Bo Jackson came out in the form of the "Raiders" Sc II trainer. A pair of Cheetah Vans was worn as well as an eye catching New Balance 574 in a teal colorway. The lone Nike SB shoe was the "Oompa Loompa" Dunk low but it was a colorful shoe with an ill edit. We have shown you a few instances of the juice that Richard "Rip" Hamilton has over at Jordan Brand. We have now found another example of that. An Air Jordan Retro VIII PE in a very Detroit Pistons like colorway, a red/blue/white inner lining and the words "Rip City" on the ankle, this shoe leaves no doubt as to who it belonged to. Jordan Brand kicked off 2013 with several styles of the Air Jordan 1. Models such as the Chicago, Royal and Knicks editions began what now has been a year's worth of Jordan 1 launches. The Instagram sneaker community is filled with hundreds of shoeheads displaying their kicks. One of the best ones we've encountered, is our guy SneakaNinjaz. Much like the name states, the profile is filled with high action, "neckbreaking" footwear. Earlier today, The Game shared an image of his latest tattoo. The piece previewed is inspired by Michael Jordan and is a mixture of MJ during his rookie year with the classic image of him with his 6 rings. 

On the Instagram post, The Game states:

"I wanted to get a tattoo of one of my childhood heroes, the great "Michael Jordan"... But not just any picture... I came up with the concept to take the picture from MJ retired with his "6 rings" on & remove the hand from that photo & add it to a photo of mike in his 20's when he didnt have any rings at all."

The next installment of the Nike KD line has received a mixed reaction so far as Kevin Durant's sixth signature sneaker has begun to emerge. SneakerWatch has kept you updated on the new series' first colorway and above is a new addition to set, this one a bit more detailed with its design. This pair has been dubbed "Weatherman" after the successful, fan-favorite Zoom KD IV edition, obviously boasting another color scheme but consisting of some of the same features. You can see the swirly weather graphic going through the heel of the shoe near the "KD" logo as well as the Swoosh while a a speckled midsole adds even more flare to this already standout design. It seems as if Asics is looking to lead the way for most sneaker collaborations as they have multiple joint efforts on the horizon, leaving the sneaker community buzzing in anticipation awaiting the arrival of these upcoming Gel Lyte III's. Already today, we've gotten a look at what the brand has on deck with Boston-based boutique CNCPTS as well as frequent partner and Kith front man Ronnie Fieg. Now Asics has even branched out to the Midwest, linking up with Chicago-based sneaker store St. Alfred for their Gel Lyte III mash-up. A teaser photo comes along with the news of the two joining forces, this pair looking to be composed of a suede upper along with many other details that are too early to point out from just this one photo. With one of the more popular holidays in the 4th of July approaching in a couple of months, what better way to celebrate than in a themed pair of Nike SB Dunk Lows, this pair dubbed "Firecracker" in honor of our Independence. The Skateboarding Department at Nike didn't hold back with the detail and style for these joints as they used remnants from firecracker wrapping as the highlight of the design seen on the heel while a black suede and white Swoosh make for a simple but great combination on the upper. The "Caution" and "Flammable" warnings on the heel of the left and right shoe respectively also adds a nice touch, finishing off the styling completely. 2013 has been a very favorable point in time for collaborations between sneaker brands and boutiques as we've seen several go down and become highly successful releases. From New Balance to Reebok, a variety of brands have gotten in on the action but none more frequently than Asics, especially in regards to their Gel Lyte III model. It has become the staple silhouette for a joint effort design and after providing a look at what the next Ronnie Fieg installment, we've learned that Boston-based boutique Concepts is also on the verge of producing a GL 3 styling above is an early preview of what to expect from their theme. Based on the teaser image, this pair bares a striking resemblance to Ronnie Fieg's "Salmon Toe" concept. We'll have to wait and see more photos of this upcoming team effort. Kobe Bryant's eighth sneaker recently made its debut in an Elite styling but new versions of the original model are still continuing to pop up. Above is a look at a darker, blue and orange rendition, set to be dropping tomorrow at select Canadian locations, with a US release to follow.

The "Blue Blitz" makeup comes through with a variety of design attributes including a gradient upper, speckled midsole and a clear bottom. Check the pics of the colorway and let us know if you will have them on your radar.

Back in early April, SneakerWatch brought you a look at a custom pair of snakeskin adidas Crazy 8's that were designed by JBF Customs for New York Knicks shooting guard and adidas athlete Iman Shumpert. Many expressed a positive reaction towards the design of the sneaker including Shumpert who continues to gloat over his 1-of-1 kicks. Earlier today, Shump once again provided another look at his custom Crazy 8's along with the special packaging which consists of a matching grey/black-white striped box. Is a "Red Suede" version of the Jordan 6 dropping alongside the 4's? As of now, it may not be out of the question. This early look at a sample rendition of the new colorway, reveals a style similar to that seen on the upcoming launch and close to that of the Toro Bravos. Unfortunately no confirmation as to whether or not these will actually release, or if they're just one of the many shoes Jordan creates which will never hit retailers. Nike gives us a tease at their upcoming HyperVenom soccer shoe set to debut on May 28th.

3M on just about any shoe makes it go from ehh to wow (depending the silhouette). As you may have thought, replicate the same formula on a pair of Foamposites and the end result might be something truly special. It turns out that shoe customizer Sole Swap, did just that. Above is a look at his completely reflective Foam design set on a pair of "Stealths".

Custom sneaker designers have been known to experiment with the hottest and most popular footwear ever, holding back nothing when it comes to getting their latest inspirations out on some of their favorite models. And if you've ever wondered what a fantastic Nike Basketball Elite style would look like applied to the Air Mag, then you and Kickasso Customs are in the same boat as he provides his rendition of the Air Mag "Elite Away" customization. 

Decked out in a tonal black shade, the highlight of the design really comes on the midsole which has been splattered with speckles also seen on the heel of the construction. The Swoosh has also been dipped in gold reminiscent of 2012's Nike Basketball Elite Series while a translucent sole makes for a nice finishing touch to these custom Air Mags.

After providing a much more detailed look at the upcoming "Meterology" Nike KD 6's, SneakerWatch now brings you a first look at another new colorway of Kevin Durant's sixth signature sneaker, this pair designed in a Red/Silver combination. While we don't know much about the concept or inspiration behind this latest styling, the surfacing of this colorway suggests that Nike Basketball is focusing heavily on the new series. As for the construction, the entire shoe sees a mostly red base along with silver accents appearing on the Swoosh on the forefoot and "KD" logo on the heel. Today marked the highly anticipated launch of the Reebok Answer 1, one of Allen Iverson's many signature sneakers. As expected, many sneakerheads pulled out all stops to get their hands on the well sought after sneaker, one that is sure to be seen frequently over the next few months. 2013 has been a great year for the classic Air Jordan 1 series as a number of different versions and colorways have released since January. The sneaker community is still patiently awaiting the arrival of the "Black Toe" Retro High 1's which drop this Saturday. But Jordan Brand has recently reverted back to a prior collection in the Mid series and above is the latest pair to surface from that particular set as we get another look at the "True Blue" Air Jordan 1 Mid. 

As we mentioned previously, this colorway includes a couple of extremely popular qualities to its build such as the accenting True Blue shades seen around the toe box, lacing system, and Swoosh of the construction while an Elephant Print has been placed on the heel and ankle. The coveted Wings logo has been decked out in a red hue which matches the sole of these Air Jordan 1's, finishing off the design.

With his "East Coast Project" collection still one of the more talked about releases of early 2013, Kith front man Ronnie Fieg has even more in the works when it comes to his Asics collabs. While it may be a bit premature for photos of his next joint with the brand to release, a very early preview has become available and above we get a look at the teaser image.

Fieg actually made nod towards another collaboration when he took to Instagram and revealed a rather cryptic photo displaying a few flamingos and highlighted the image with the "Flamingo" hashtag. Above is what we can assume his the "Flamingo" Asics Gel Lyte III's and while we only have an image from a magazine to go off so far, we're sure this will be another highly anticipated launch.

As far as lists go, we try to give the community as much say as possible for the content of these selections. Some times though, we have to have some self interest and get a little greedy and this is one of those times. For our list of the top 30 Nikes and Jordans we'd like to see retro'd, we tried to come up with a list that reflected what you guys may want to see brought back and we definitely thought about what we KNOW we want to see another round of. We debated, added and subtracted shoes to ultimately come up with this list and it went down to the wire to see what we included and excluded. Is an all black Yeezy 2 on the way? As of now, nothing is confirmed but the shoe does exist. The early sample pictured above belongs to Young Jeezy's production coordinator DJ Folk, and is stated to be an early wear-test version of the shoe. Regardless of whether or not the sneaker does hit stores, Yeezy fever is in full swing leading up to the release of his new album. Are you caught up in the hype?

As Chris Paul gets ready to go into this summer's NBA offseason as the prized free agent on the market, we get to see a shoe that befits his star status. The nickname of "SuperNova" is given to a shoe that has bright colors that are literally all over the place, sort of like the exploding stars it is dubbed after. Not only has Reebok Classics made a strong resurgence with the return of several of their classic models, but they've also been banging out collaborative releases with many different brands and boutiques and after getting a look at the latest Kamikaze II joint effort with SneakersNStuff earlier today, the duo gets back together on the ever popular Reebok Question model, this latest pair dubbed "A Shoe About Nothing". You may recall Bow Wow debuting these on "106 & Park" a while back and it was said then that these Question Mids may be the next SNS x Reebok joint effort. Set to drop on May 29th, these will certainly be another big release from each brand so check out the photos above and let us know your thoughts on the design.

With a true classic Air Jordan 1 in the "Black Toe" releasing this weekend, Jordan Brand has found a way to utilize a fan-favorite colorway and apply it to the Air Jordan 1 Mid. Miami Heat superstar LeBron James impressed with his footwear during Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals on Wednesday night as he laced up a White/Black-Speckled Player Exclusive version of his Elite signature sneakers. In late 2012, Odd Future leader Tyler, the Creator revealed that he and his Golf Wang crew would be teaming up with Vans for a collaborative sneaker release. An early teaser photo of the Vans Old Skool model was let loose in a tonal blue colorway which read "Golf Wang" on the heels of the left and right shoes respectively. Turns out the rapper and the sneaker brand are producing a few different pairs for this collection as Tyler provides another preview of his upcoming Vans Old Skool collaborative sneaker, this particular pair coming in a suede blue upper and gum sole making for a distinct style. After a limited yet successful run up to this point for the Nike Free Inneva Woven, the good folks over at Nike Sportswear are at it again. In a lighter, more summery shade of grey with hits of a camel colored suede on the heel, this is one shoe that shouldn't be slept on. A leather inner lining that matches that heel panel, suede tongue and rope laces give the sneaker a little more pizzazz while the Free 5.0 outsole does the job of getting the wearer to their destination in style and comfort. There is no set date yet for release but make sure to stay locked in with us for any updates.

A new version of the LeBron 10 Low is making its way into stores this weekend. The dubbed "Treasure Blue"/"Sprite" colorway features a mix of a bright volt with a toned down purple-ish base. Above are various images of the upcoming model, including a detailed look from all angles.

Throughout the 2012-2013 NBA regular season and playoffs, LeBron James has hit the court in several different sneakers including Player Exclusive versions of his Elite model. But we've yet to see James in one of the more casual EXT editions such as the Black Suede/Mint colorway above, a late addition to the EXT series that has become a fan-favorite design. The detailing of this styling, as well as its counterparts, is superior to many other models in recent months and while there has still been no release info announced, the anticipation for a potential launch is increasingly growing. Previously Converse & Comme des Garcons had done a great collaboration and now that another collection is being previewed, we can definitely say that it is like apples and oranges; they are that different. While the previous series was toned down and had in essence one piece of branding, this new collection makes sure that people know what it is and if they don't they will ask questions. With Comme's signature heart all over 4 pairs of Converse Pro Leather mids and lows, the branding is only toned down by the colors chosen. white and black base models are adorned with red, black, and white hearts, respectively. The collection can be found starting May 28th at Comme des Garcons NYC and London's Dover Street Market, Paris on June 2nd and their Asian retailers on June 21st. Bo Jackson's classic Air Trainer SC made its fair share of noise with the relaunch of the "Auburn" colorway earlier this year and it looks like it won't be going anywhere. This weekend Nike will release this "Blackout" version of the silhouette, offering yet another new styling.

Decked out in a variety of materials including patent leather, elephant print and leather, the shoe delivers an original design to one of the brand's most recognized models.

A few weeks ago, SneakerWatch was able to bring you a couple of teaser images of an upcoming collaboration from frequent duo Packer Shoes x Reebok Classics. The initial assumption in terms of the inspiration and concept behind the design was the 1996 NBA All Star jerseys based on the accenting shades seen in the preview images. And while we've yet to seen the entire design of the sneaker totally revealed, another slew of teaser photos have emerged, giving us our best look the styling so far. A combination of Teal/Orange-Purple stand out immediately while the upper consists of a Grey/Black build made up of a variety of materials. We know that Jay-Z can style in his suit and tie but every now and then the rap mogul decides to loosen up a bit and dress a bit more comfortably. He did so recently when he was spotted in France with his wife Beyonce laced in a pair of Air Jordan 8's, the "Bugs Bunny" edition to be exact. In tribute to Allen Iverson's time with the Philadelphia 76ers, Sole Swap put together an alternate rendition of the Reebok Question to honor the history. This reworked design features a red upper with white accents across the toe, midsole and heel area, while slight blue contrasts come up on the branding and speckling.

LeBron James won't be the only Nike Basketball athlete to see his performance sneaker transformed into lifestyle form. Included in the redesigned set is Kobe Bryants signature shoe. Not too long ago, a new colorway of the Reebok Question surfaced courtesy of rapper and "106 & Park" host Bow Wow. That pair was said to have been another upcoming collaboration between SneakersNStuff x Reebok. While that has yet to be confirmed, the duo gets together once again for another team effort, this time with the resurgent Kamikaze II model which sees an all new colorway above. A simple white/red combination has been applied to the upper of the construction while the SNS-branded hangtags hang to the side, making them an official collab. For those feeling these, they'll be available at retailers such as SNS on May 29th.

Before LeBron James was equipped with an Elite model to hoop in for the NBA postseason, he would lace up what can be called his secondary silhouette in the Zoom Soldier series, a sneaker he frequently donned while still a member of the Cleveland Cavaliers. Summer is just about here, which means no one can be mad at you for rocking your brightly toned kicks. This latest custom pack by Ecentrik Artistry follows the theme by offering two shoes in lightly colored hues. 

The first sneaker in the set is dubbed "Tropical Nights" and is designed on a gradient pink and orange upper. The second model is nicknamed "Sandy Beach" and is derived from a faded blue to yellow base.

As the NBA approached its Eastern Conference Finals, many fans were anticipating the match-up between the Miami Heat and Indiana Pacers. And neither team disappointed as the game went into overtime and saw LeBron James come up big for his Heat squad by converting on a last second lay-up at the buzzer. Throughout the entire game, James was laced in an all new Player Exclusive colorway of his LeBron X Elite. The design features a combination of white/black with a heavily speckled touch, making for a nice finish. These will most likely not be sold in stores so make sure to get a good look at them above.
